What We Look For.
THE BASICS MUST HAVES:
Authorization to work in the US.
21 years of age
Fluency in English, both oral and written.
Outstanding professional references.
First Aid, CPR & AED certified
A minimum of 5 years experience as a full-time nanny or part-time employment working in private homes or teaching experience.
A clean background check.
Strong driving record
Exceptional childcare references that support a candidate's strong communication skills, reliability, and punctuality and demonstrate the maturity to care for other people's families, possessions, and homes.
Education: High school Diploma (equivalent knowledge of child development) or a 4-Year College Degree in Child Related Coursework Preferred
Ability to commit for a minimum of 1 year.
A professional appearance.
Non-Smoker
Fully open to legal W2 employment and receiving compensation through payroll
ADDITIONAL:
Valid Passport and the ability to travel international & domestic.
Experience working in high-profile homes
Special training and certifications (early childhood education, water safety certification, special needs, NCS, Doula, etc.)
Fluency in a foreign language
Special Needs experience (ie. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), experience with ADHA/ADD etc.)
Ability to cover occasional late night and overnights
Other skills include driving, swimming, cooking, sports, the arts, and more.
