What We Look For.
THE BASICS MUST HAVES:
Authorization to work in the US.
21 years of age
Fluency in English, both oral and written.
First Aid, CPR & AED certified
A minimum of 5 years experience as a full-time nanny or part-time employment working in private homes or teaching experience.
A clean background check.
Valid Drivers License
Exceptional childcare references that support a candidates strong communication skills, reliability, punctuality, and demonstrates the maturity to care for other people's families, possessions and homes.
Education: high School Diploma (equivalent knowledge of child development) or a 4-Year College Degree in Child Related Coursework Preferred
Ability to commit for a minimum of 1 year.
Fully Comfortable being Legally Employed (W2) and Paid via Payroll
A professional appearance.
Non-Smoker
ADDITIONAL:
Ability to travel international & domestic.
Experience working in high profile homes
Special training and certifications (early childhood education, water safety certification, special needs, NCS, Doula, etc.)
Fluency in foreign language
Special Needs experience (ie. Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), experience with ADHA/ADD etc.)
Ability to cover occasional late night and/or overnights
Other skills include driving, swimming, cooking, sports, the arts and more.
