It takes a village to provide total baby care. We have incredible Newborn Care Specialists and baby nurses who are highly qualified, hand selected and ready to support you every step of the way. Our team consists of infant nannies, night nannies, baby nurses and Newborn Care Specialists ready to provide in-home support in greater Los Angeles, New York & internationally. They have extensive knowledge and training in handling the challenging task of caring for a brand new baby.
Our team also supports new parents on their adoption and surrogacy journey as well. From day one of bringing your little one home, our professionals are there every step of the way to support you in your transition into new parents. We represent trained experts who are ready to care for your entire family.
A Newborn Care Specialist will help you with:
Preparation and cleaning of bottles and feeding your infant
Bathing and changing
Development of your infant’s sleep schedule and ensuring he or she is getting proper rest
Taking care of your infant overnight so that you can sleep-implement healthy sleep habits
Helping you come up with a routine and schedule for things like playtime, socializing, napping and more
Running baby-related errands for you
Aid is setting up your nursery
Breastfeeding and Lactation support
In short, they are hired during the first few months post birth and stay with the family up until 6 months. Whether your family is new to the parent game or seasoned veterans, having peace of mind and an extra set of hands can be crucial and make all the difference in the world. Hourly rates for care vary upon area of service. We do our best to work within a family’s budget so that they can get the very best care and support parents need in the new parenting journey.
Day Time & Night Time Infant Care.
We offer overnight and day time care with a minimum of 8-10 hour shift up to 12 hours typically available for 5-7 nights or days per week. Most NCS who are covering overnight shifts are doing what is called rest care. Meaning they are resting when you baby is resting. Hourly rates range from $35-$55/Hour depending on your specialist and number of infants in care. *rates vary based on number of children and NCS who is available.
24-Hour Infant Care.
24 hour newborn care from one month up to 6 months, which can speed the recovery for a new mother and offer a seamless transition into life with a new baby. This is usually 20 hours of care with a 4 hour full rest break. This is dependent on the NCS. Hourly rates range form $35-$55 /hour depending on the education and experience + private room in your home + all travel expenses to your area. *rates vary based on number of children.
LAST MINUTE REQUESTS and emergency requests are taken on case by case bases and at the discretion of the agency.
