MUSTS for all jobs:

5 years of experience working in the childcare or related field.
Good standing references from your last 3 postions listed on your resume (the more the better). Verifiable, checkable, impeccable references are required before submission or acceptance into the agency.
CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Trusline Certified (CA Only)
Open to submitting to a background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legally work in the United States.
