The current market ranges for for private staff is listed below (2023) :
$33- $40 Nanny
$35- $55 Infant Care & Newborn Care Specialist | Night Nannies
$35- $40 Housekeepers & for All other staff and depending on experience.
****This range is based on level of experience, education, special training in their field.
The Homework Solutions is our go to service for helping all families afford quality tax services for their household employee. Caregivers are paid a hourly wage via a W2. We have partnered with Homework Solutions to provide support to our families; making sure they are meeting the regulations for household employees and over time laws per state.
