In addition to providing attentive care, you'll be expected to bring a touch of organization to the bustling household, assisting with light tidying (keeping the kids rooms and playroom clean and organized, doing the laundry and meal prep for the kids) and meal preparation for the children. Safety is paramount, requiring a vigilant and proactive approach to ensure the children are always in a secure environment. Flexibility is essential in this dynamic lifestyle, with the full-time position potentially requiring 40 to 50 hours of work per week and occasional travel to various locations with the family. This may include extended periods away from home, as the family occasionally embarks on creative projects that involve traveling for several weeks at a time.

General schedule:
M: 11-8 , T: 7-7 , W: 7-7, Th: 12p-11p, F: off (unless the family has an evening event/date)
Open and flexible for an occasional date night, weekend, or overnight when needed.
Compensation:
Hourly $30 - $40 gross per hour
Benefits: 2 weeks PTO, Sick Days, Small Medical Stipend, holidays
Musts:
Extensive experience with infants and toddlers
Ability to travel both domestically and internationally for several weeks to a few months at a time.
Must be legal to work in the United States and be paid via W-2
Must be trusted line certified.
Must be CPR and first aid certified.
Must hold a valid passport
Strong executive functioning skills with ability to manage activities, coordinate schedules for two children, and manage packing for trips.
Depending on travel and accommodation arrangements, you must be comfortable with living in and living out.
Knowledge of child, friendly activities around the East side of LA is a huge plus
Background in child development huge plus
5 or more years of experience in past positions
Must have excellent, checkable references..
