Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime! An exciting worldly family, expecting a new addition in June, is seeking a Live-In Nanny to join their jet-setting lifestyle. This unique position involves travel between Los Angeles, other domestic locations in the US, Toronto, and various European destinations. This new set of parents is so excited to welcome their 1st bundle of joy and plan on being with their little human as much as they can. They are looking for someone that they can lean on as an extension of their parenting and also knowledgeable of infant development. Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional care for an infant while immersing them in a world of diverse experiences.
Travel with the family between multiple locations, embracing spontaneous adventures.
Serve as an extension of the busy entrepreneurial parents, offering intelligent and fast-learning support.
Create a nurturing and stimulating environment to foster the infant's growth and development.
Maintain a flexible schedule, working five days a week with two days off, adapting to the family's dynamic lifestyle.
Oversee and manage the children's daily routines, including meals, naps, and bedtime.
Pack and organize children's belongings for trips.
Ensure a smooth transition during travel, minimizing disruptions for the children.
Adapt to different time zones and cultural environments.
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the children's living spaces.
Provide daily updates on the children's well-being, accomplishments, and challenges.
Adapt to changing schedules, events, and last-minute requests.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in infant care, with a passion for creating engaging and enriching environments.
Prefer someone who has extensive travel experience with families and experience as a live-in nanny.
Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, French, or Italian, are highly desirable and not a deal breaker if you aren’t Multilingual.
Comfortable with frequent travel and spontaneous adventures with children.
Willingness to be away from home for extended periods, immersing in different cultures.
Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to provide a one-of-a-kind childcare experience.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion in a high-profile setting.
Uphold confidentiality regarding the family's personal and professional matters.
Compensation:
The family is offering an hourly rate equivalent to the annualized base compensation of $80k- $160k as a competitive salary based on experience, with additional benefits and accommodations provided.
MUSTS:
Age infants and toddlers experience School Age
five minimum years of experience working with each past family.
Covid-19 vaccinated and boosted
CPR/ First Aid certified (current)
Trusline Certified (CA Only)
Open to submitting to a 10-point background check once an offer of employment has been made.
Be at least 21 years of age
Able to be paid via W2 and legally work in the United States.
